Holistic Wellness Services LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible and usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

We believe people should be able to access information about our services, request an appointment, review insurance information, and contact our practice without unnecessary accessibility barriers.

Our Accessibility Goal

The HWS website is designed with accessibility considerations including:

• keyboard-accessible navigation;
• visible keyboard focus indicators;
• sufficient text and background contrast;
• readable typography;
• descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
• properly labeled form fields;
• accessible error messages;
• logical heading structure;
• accessible accordions and interactive controls;
• touch-friendly controls on mobile devices; and
• reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation.

The site has been developed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the internal accessibility target.

For context, the U.S. Department of Justice identifies web accessibility as part of ADA accessibility obligations for businesses open to the public and highlights practices including sufficient color contrast and accessible forms.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

HWS periodically reviews the website and may make updates as:

• technology changes;
• accessibility standards evolve;
• new content is added; or
• accessibility issues are identified.

Automated testing alone cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so accessibility feedback from users is welcomed.

Third-Party Services

Some links on the HWS website may direct visitors to third-party services, including TherapyPortal and Instagram.

HWS does not control the accessibility of independent third-party websites but encourages users who encounter difficulty to contact HWS so that reasonable assistance can be provided where possible.
